DNREC Enforcement Agents last week responded to 31 complaints and issued 37 citations.  They also made 20 boating safety checks and all but 2 were found in compliance.  22 year old Daniel Green of Millsboro was arrested during an investigation into illegal waterfowl hunting.  He’s charged with 6 counts of illegally hunting waterfowl over bait.  He pleaded not guilty and is free pending trial.

DNREC Enforcement agents have arrested a Bridgeville man for hunting violations.  18 year old Michael Pleasants is charged with possession of unlawfully taken game, failure to tag or register antlered deer and a variety of other charges.  Pleasants pleaded guilty to a single count of butchering antlered deer before registration and was ordered to pay $1242 in fines pendng trial.

On March 13 a Seaford woman was charged wtih trepassing after hours at a state wildlife area and driving a vehicle off the established roadway.  43 year old Kimberly Price was arrested on an outstanding warrant an da passenger in her vehicle was also cited for trespassing.  A Little Creek man is charged with a felony count of possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited.  He is free on a $1000 unsecured bond.
