Capitol PD Busy at Kent County Courts

A Dover man and woman got into an argument that turned physical at the Kent County Family Court on Wednesday.  Capitol Police arrested 31 year old Christopher Waterman and 22 year old Kareathal Dukes after their mediation hearing escalated to a fight.  Both were cited for disorderly conduct.

 

A Smyrna man was arrested after he became disorderly with bailiffs at the Kent County Superior Court Building on Wednesday.  Capitol Police intervened when 36 year old Michael Dorris began yelling obscenities.  He had to be subdued when he began fighting with officers.  Dorris is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal mischief – and is free on $3000 unsecured bond.
