The State Police SOAR unit is looking for a Dagsboro sex offender who failed to re-register his current address.  Police are looking for 60 year old Thomas Hale who is a medium risk or Tier 2 sex offender.  Hale is a white man, 5’ 8” and 170 pounds with brown hair and eyes.  If you know where Hale is – call the SOAR Unit at 302-672-5306.
