House Bill 35 the legislation that would increase the fees for background checks and require firearms dealers to share information about their customers without a warrant or probable cause is getting a thumbs down from the Libertarian Party of Delaware.  Party officials say the proposed legislation potentially criminalizes the behavior of thousands of Delawareans but does nothing to address crime in the streets of Wilmington.
