A Harrington man is free on bond after being arrested for drugs while riding his bike.
Harrington Police say just after 9:45 Saturday night, 31-year-old Gavin Hill was riding his bike on Howard Dill Avenue without a light, and almost got hit by a passing vehicle. Police say when Hill stopped for the officer, he dropped a crumpled-up napkin with a gram of cocaine on the ground.
Hill was arrested and charged with possession or consuming a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, littering on a highway, and riding a bike at night without a light. He’s free on $1,475 bond.
