DSP Looking for Wilmington Teen after Strong-arm Robbery

State Police are looking for a Wilmington man after a strong-arm robbery outside the Social Security Administration office in New Castle on Thursday.  Police say a man standing outside the office was approached by 18 year old Antwon Moore who asked him to hold a cigarette.  As the man took the cigarette, Moore punched him in the face, took the victim’s property and ran off.  Police have a warrant for Moore’s arrest.  Anyone who knows where he is should call Crime Stoppers.
