Salisbury Police have arrested a Hebron man for entering vehicles on Middle boulevard.  26 year old Harold Brown was caught rummaging through a tool box in the rear of a truck – and found with a GPS and cell phone charger that were stolen from another vehicle parked in the same area.  A woman also told police he had knocked on her door asking for money.  Brown is charged with theft and being rouge and vagabond.
