Two men have been charged with theft and conspiracy for trying to defraud AstraZeneca. The Attorney General’s Special Investigations Unit found that 45 year old Mitchell Guard, a project engineer for AstraZeneca and 55 year old David Ragolia, a foreman at DiSabatino Construction, which is working at the AstraZeneca Fairfax location, worked on extensive home improvement projects at Guard’s home – but charged the over $400,000 worth of work to AstraZeneca. Both men surrendered last Friday and are free on $6000 unsecured bond each.
