Harrington Police were contacted about possible child abuse by officials at Milford Memorial Hospital where a 6 year old was treated for a neck injury.  Harrington Police determined that 27 year old Carrie Rampmeyer of Harrington caused the injuries at a home on Hanley Street.  She is the mother of the victim.  Rampmeyer is charged with third degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child and is free on $3000 unsecured bond.
