A 25-year-old Crisfield man is in jail for allegedly burning a 6-month-old baby boy.

Crisfield Police say the child sustained 2nd degree burns to 33-percent of his body; he was flown to Baltimore’s John Hopkins Burn Center for treatment.

Police arrested Zacorey Parker at the Somers Cove Apartments Friday; he’s been charged with 2nd degree child abuse, 2nd degree assault and reckless endangerment; he’s behind bars in lieu of $150,000 bail.
