UPDATED - 5PM - The investigation continues after a Wilmington woman was found dead around 12:30 this afternoon on the southbound ramp from I-95 to northbound State Route 141.  State Police say a passing driver spotted a vehicle in the wooded area near the ramp and police found a Honda with 29 year old Kristy Long and her 1 year old daughter.  Long was properly restrained, but was pronounced dead at the scene.  The infant was also properly restrained and was taken to A-I DuPont Hospital where she was treated and released.

UPDATED:  2:40PM - State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred on the southbound ramp from I-95 to northbound State Route 141.  Police say the crash occurred just after 12:30 and at least one person has died.  The ramp reopened to traffic around 2:30.
