DNREC Enforcement Agents responded to 29 complaints last week and issued 26 citations.  As part of an investigation into illegal hunting 71 year old Orlan Hanks of Dagsboro was arrested last Saturday and charged with 6 counts of hunting license forgery.  He pleaded guilty to 3 of the counts and was ordered to pay $1071 in fines and court costs.
