The State Police SOAR Unit is looking for a Milton sex offender who failed to register his sex offender status.  Warrants have been obtained for 54 year old Sylvester Person, who is a Tier 3 or high risk sex offender.  He is black, about 5’ 10” and 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He may be homeless in the Milton area.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts – call Crime Stoppers.
