Three Indicted after December Shootout at a Wilmington Gas Station

Feb 15, 2013 -- 3:18pm

Three men have been indicted after a shootout at a Wilmington gas station in December.  Attorney General Beau Biden says no one was struck by gunfire but the security of nearby neighborhoods was shattered by the incident, which occurred on December 23 when 20 year old Corey Rollins contacted 24 year olds Jamar Rodgers and Kenyattia Graham at a Getty Gas Station.  Police say multiple shots were fired among the gas pumps – a vehicle with an adult and 3 children was struck and another bystander was nearly struck. All three face a variety of offenses and remain in jail.
