Feb 14, 2013 -- 6:02pm

Police have taken a large-scale drug dealer off the streets in Salisbury.  29 year old Kevin Dykes is charged with drug possession with the intent to distribute.  An investigation into Dykes ended when he was stopped for a traffic violation on Tuesday and a K-9 scan of his vehicle alerted for drugs.  4 grams of marijuana was found in Dykes pants and he was arrested.   A search of his home and vehicles turned up 7.5 pounds of marijuana, a kilo of cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms and over $550,000 in drug money.
