W. Scott McLaren has been named as the Director of Public Safety college-wide at Del Tech.  McLaren’s 25 years in law enforcement and emergency preparedness have prepared him for his new position.  McLaren served as Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety at New Castle County Department of Public Safety as well as other positions.
