A pair of teenage girls will have to appear in family court after getting into a fight at school last week.
Harrington Police say they were called to W.T. Chipman Middle School for a fight on Friday. Officers arrested two 13-year-old girls, one from Felton and one from Harrington. Police say one of the girls tried to choke the other.
Both girls were charged with offensive touching and disorderly conduct. The girl from Felton was also charged with strangulation. The girls were released to the custody of their parents, and will have to appear in Kent County Family Court at later dates.
