Delaware Electric Cooperative Working To Restore Power After Burnt Wires Cause Outage Near Lewes

Delaware Electric Cooperative crews are working to restore power to 18 members in the Lewes and Angola areas.

The Co-op says two spans of wires were burnt, causing the outage, which was reported around 1:20 this afternoon. Crews are working to replace the wires, and the co-op says all members should have their power restored soon.
