Delaware State Police are looking for a sex offender who hasn’t registered his current address since last summer.

Troopers say they’ve been looking 60-year-old Kenneth Wiggins of Wilmington since July, when they learned that he’d failed to register his address, as required by law. Wiggins, who’s a Tier 3 or high-risk sex offender, is also wanted by the New Castle County Superior Court for escaping from jail after being convicted.

Wiggins is black, 6-foot-1 and 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1, Crime Stoppers or the SOAR Unit at (302) 739-5882.
