UPDATED:  State Police say Route 16 has been reopend to traffic

Crews are working to get a jackknifed tractor-trailer out of the road near Milton.

Delaware State Police say the tractor-trailer jackknifed on Route 16 west of Route 30 around 10:15 this morning. Listeners tell WGMD that traffic in the area has been reduced to one lane as crews work to pull the trailer out of a ditch, and that the truck has been unhooked from the trailer.
