UPDATED – 6:30am – Power has been restored to all but about 150 customers in the Georgetown area after a crash early this morning which damaged a utility pole at Route 113 and Arrow Safety Road.

A crash just after 2am shut down the northbound lanes of Route 113 at Arrow Safety Road south of Georgetown. Officials tell WGMD a vehicle struck a utility pole. Delmarva Power is also on hand and work on the damaged utility pole is the reason for a power outage that occurred around 5 leaving over 1400 customers without power.
